Sanva Scent Session is an experience where you retrace landscapes in your memory and create scents.

The first question we ask is, "Do you have any memories you'd like to transform into a scent?"
This isn't about memories that already have a scent, but rather about touching upon memories that exist as sensations, yet to be given a name or form.

Fragments of memory, unearthed through dialogue, eventually overlap and coalesce into a single scent.

What emerges here isn't a reproduction of a memory, but a unique landscape that arises from the intersection of memory and present sensations.

Instead of tracing the past, by re-opening memories through your current five senses, that landscape begins to take on a new form.

The scent doesn't remain fixed at the moment it's completed; it changes over time and continues into unseen stories.

Sanva Scent Session is a service that translates your memorable landscapes into scents.

Please tell us about the scenery and memories that have stayed with you in the Session Space located in a corner of the Sanva Refreshment Complex store.

Emotions, colors, seasons, temperatures, the quality of the air that memory evokes.
Even if there are parts you can't put into words, that's perfectly fine.

As you revisit your memories, you will try several essential oils.

The impression of the scent, what you felt, and its connection to those memories. Anything is fine. Please speak as freely as things come to mind.

The memories you share with us will be carefully translated into a fragrance by Sanva at a later date.

Your fragrance mist will arrive approximately one month after your session concludes.

Your session photos will be available for collection approximately one month after your session.
You can choose to pick them up at the store or have them delivered.

The Session is an experiential service where we co-create a fragrance with you through dialogue. Unlike ready-made products, individual differences exist in how fragrances are perceived and in the desired finished product.

2. Regarding the Finished Product

In the Session, we create fragrances based on your ideas and our dialogue. However, due to individual differences in perception and impression, we cannot guarantee that the finished fragrance will perfectly match your imagination or expectations.

3. Regarding Physical Constitution and Skin Condition

Individual differences exist in how fragrance ingredients and raw materials used in the Session are perceived, reacted to, and tolerated. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, health concerns, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a physician in advance as needed and use at your own discretion.

4. Regarding Usage

This product is not a cosmetic. It is intended for use on clothing or in spaces. Please refrain from direct use on the skin. Please use it within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes and at your own discretion. If you experience any abnormalities during or after use, please discontinue use immediately.

5. Regarding Reservations and Arrival

The Session will be conducted within a predetermined time slot. If you arrive late, the session duration may be shortened depending on the day's reservation status. In the case of significant lateness or no-shows, we will respond according to our established rules.

6. Regarding Changes to Service Content

This service may be adjusted or changed without prior notice in terms of its content, duration, delivery method, reservation method, etc., for future operational improvements and quality enhancement. We appreciate your understanding.

7. Regarding the Recording of Production Details

For fragrances created through the Session, we may record and store information such as the formula, concept, production records, and other associated details at our shop.

8. Regarding Archiving

The created fragrances may be retained by us as an archive and used for future research, records, reference material for service operation, or as trial fragrance samples for other customers. Please note that when utilizing these, your name or other personal information will not be disclosed to third parties in a manner that identifies individuals.

9. Regarding Consent

By making a reservation or application, you are deemed to have confirmed and agreed to the above contents.

10. Regarding Test Operation

During the test period, service content, duration, operating methods, and delivery methods may be adjusted without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.
